I am Chloé Zarka Grinsnir, a French illustrator and author based in Germany. I have worked as a freelance illustrator for five years, and have worked for editors like Union Square & Co, Hachette, Illumicrate, Fairyloot, and Fox & Wit.

I have worked on the covers of many books like The Chestnut Spring series by Elsie Silver, Best Hex Ever by Nadia El-Fassi, and the Well Met series by Jen DeLuca.

I have also written and illustrated a book called Tea Magic: Cozy Spells in A Cup, and a tarot deck called The Essential Tarot, both published by Union Square & Co.

Growing up, I had a big book on historical fashion and would spend countless hours flipping the pages. This passion has bloomed into a career where I mix my love for the history of fashion with my love of art, witchcraft, and the whimsical.

I studied illustration at the Graduate School of Arts and Printing Industry Estienne in Paris. I post my art on Instagram, where I have gathered a following of over 46.000 followers.
